There are about as many different type of improv comedy as there are improv performers.  We perform what is known as "short-form improv," so named because it's, well --- short.  Throughout the performance, we play a series of games that last between 5-10 minutes.  Each game has a general outline and set of rules, but the content and characters are suggested by the audience. That's right!  There's no script -- the actors make up everything based on your suggestions! It is the collaboration between the performers and the audience that sets improv comedy apart from other types of comedy. 

The more ideas and energy that the audience brings, the more funny the scenes tend to be!  This is why we want you to bring your crazy ideas and high energy -- the more fun you have, the more fun we'll have!  We want you to be active participants in every show.  Bring your friends, too!  The more ideas, the better!
